Seltse is a quiet village hugged among the
southern slopes of Central Stara Planina
(Balkan Mountain) north of provincial town of Maglizh.
An old Roman road goes through the village
leads high up
into the mountain
passing
a number of mountain hostels before reaching the peak, where
is
magnificent view
towards
the valley to the north.
A mountain
river also cuts through the village and enters River
Tndzha some 20 km down the valley.
Seltse is a small place with about 30 residents which was
recently rediscovered and its unspoiled nature and natural beauty recognised. As
a consequence of this few houses have been restored and turned into small guest
houses to respond to the increased flow of tourist.
At the
beginning of the village and two large building plots are offered for sale. The
plots are adjacent with total area of 17,874 sq m (4,941 sq m and
12,933 sq m respectively) and border a mountain brook from the west.
Electricity and water mains are available. The smaller plot borders an asphalt
road where the larger one is 20 m way from the asphalt and can be reached
via a track road. Those regulated building plots are offered separately or as a
whole at very attractive asking price per sq m.
Seltse is some 16 km north of town of
Maglizh, about 20 minutes drive form
the main road E871 connecting Sofia
with Burgas and the coast. Distance to
Kazanlak - capital of
The Valley of the Roses and 34 km to Stara Zagora - the
regional centre. Please apply for current availability, more pictures or
information. Note the price is per sq m.
