The
construction of a major golf village near the sea paradise Balchik will be
submitted for approval to Bulgaria's Environment Ministry after a
state watchdog gave it the green light on Friday.
"Panoramika" project, to spread over an area of 1,000 decars,
complies with all recommendations for environment protection and will not
have a negative effect on it, experts said.
They add that the territory on which the complex will be built has already
lost its biological diversity.
The project will face another thirty-three conditions in the next phases of
construction and operations, the Environment Ministry specified.
