List of services and agency fees*

Payable in Bulgaria

 

  1. Agent commission: For each property purchased with our help and assistance we charge 2.5% agents commission on the purchasing price + 10% of the difference between Official and Local price (when applicable) or minimum of 750 EUR. Our commission is payable when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property. 
  2. To act as your legal representative in the country (if you decide to give us power of attorney): 360 EUR.
  3. Company registration fee: Our affiliated lawyers will fully assist you in registering your limited company in Bulgaria. For registering a company we charge a fee of 500 EUR (if it is done in Bulgaria) and 650 EUR (if it is done remotely form another country)
  4. Viewing fee: We DO NOT Charge viewing fees
  5. Transport/taxi charges: If one of our company cars is used for viewing trips from your hotel and around the local area, we charge 0.30 Euros per km to cover the petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. This charge is less than the price charged by the taxi companies in Bulgaria. This fee is refunded if you buy a property from us within 6 months  
  6. Documentation: Checking the legality of property’s documents – 75 EUR
  7. Surveys:
    1. Environmental and debt surveys on the property – 75 EUR
    2. Homebuyers report – 150 EUR
    3. Building survey  - 300 EUR
  8. Your company: arranging with an accountant to maintain the company account – 40 EUR
  9. Translation of company documents and title deed into English: 6 EUR per A4 page.  
  10.  Furnishing services: arranging with UK/Bulgarian company to furnish your apartment/house - FREE         
  11.  The All  In One Service package cost 1,000 EUR and includes:

·         company registration fee

·         2 days free transportation within the country

·         translation of the legal documents

·         checking the legality of all documentation

·         environmental and debt surveys on the property

·         accepting power of attorney and acting on your behalf

·         arranging with Bulgarian accountant to maintain your company accounts

·         arranging accommodation and car hire (if required)

Please, note that the above price doesn't include notary fees, municipal tax, and stamp duty or agent commission fees (when applicable).

1.      Other expenses: Depending on each property there are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, etc. These additional charges are small. For example for a rural house these are from 300 EUR to 450 EUR. These should be paid separately by the buyer.
