The building regulations in Bulgaria are similar to those in Western Europe but more relaxed. Depending on the plot and area one can built house or villa ranging from a log house to traditional or contemporary stile building. Below is information on the log houses which can be build anywhere in the country.

The wooded houses are built from high quality pine with Ф 16 cm (5 inches radius). The wood is treated using world leading technology from the Finish Company Honka with years of experience building such houses, providing minimal wetness of the material and its protection against wood parasites. Using this method to build the houses have 4 (four) times better thermo isolation than the traditional building methods. The guaranty of the used wood is 50 years providing all instructions provided by the company are observed. Time to build a house up to 150 sq m is 3 months from the date of a contract, providing that the fundament is in place. Price for the building is about 350 EUR per sq m for completed house Including bathrooms and kitchen. Each individual order will be provided with firm quotation depending on the requirements. There is a choice from 6 models. Depending on the size of the house the client can suggest its own internal layout that could be executed by the company without change in the quoted price. The concrete base on which the house will be built is paid separately but it cost on average about 2,500 – 3,000 Euro depending on the plot.
